Характеристика урока

Тип урока: развитие умений диалогической речи

Класс: 6

Тема: “Living Together”

Практическая задача: добиться прочного запоминания учащимися структуры диалога-образца, научить учащихся переносить структуру образца в новую ситуацию общения.

Образовательная задача: способствовать развитию социокультурной компетенции учащихся посредством ознакомления их с фактами биографий известных актеров и певиц англоговорящих стран (Simon Baker – Australia, Beyonce, Rihanna, Johnny Depp – USA) в форме интервью.

Воспитательная задача: формировать чувство толерантного и уважительного отношения к речевому партнеру, внимательно слушая и адекватно реагируя на его реплики при продуцировании диалога.

Развивающая задача: способствовать развитию долговременной памяти посредством закрепления диалога-образца по теме “Living Together”.

Оснащение урока: УМК, раздаточный материал, аудиозапись, Role-playing cards, презентация Power Point.

Личностные результаты образовательного процесса реализуются в формировании целостного мировоззрения, формирование осознанного, уважительного и доброжелательного отношения к другому человеку, его мнению и мировоззрению (при составлении диалогов), формирование коммуникативной компетентности в общении и сотрудничестве со сверстниками и учителем.

Метапредметные результаты образовательного процесса выражаются в умении соотносить свои действия с планируемыми результатами, осуществлять контроль своей деятельности в процессе достижения результата, умении оценивать правильность выполнения учебной задачи. Кроме этого, в развитии самоконтроля и оценивании работ других учащихся.

Предметные результаты образовательного процесса отражены в развитии речевой компетенции учащихся путем развития умений диалогической речи [ФГОС, 2011. С. 5-17].

План-конспект урока

Ход урока:

1) Организационный момент (приветствие и оглашение темы “Living Together”)

Фонетическая зарядка (7 min)

1. Установка на чтение

T: Now look at this short poem, please.

Have you called your aunt and uncle?

They are missing you.

Have you played with niece and nephew?

You’ll find something new.

You and brother, sister, parents,

Uncle, aunt and niece

Are the gift that’s very precious

Live with them in peace!

T: What kind of gift your family is? Which members of the family are not mentioned here?

4. Диагностирующее чтение

T: Will you read the poem, please (средний ученик)? Комментарии к чтению.

4. Модельное чтение

T: You should mind some sounds, listen to my reading, please.

4. Вычленение и отработка звуков

T: Look, we have the word PRECIOUS with the sound [ʃ], the same as in the words SHELF, SHAKE, SOCIAL. Try to pronounce them correctly after me.

T: Who would like to read the text? (1-2 учащихся)

T: Now, please, think why the author tells us to live with our family in peace. What are your ideas? Is it good when you have a conflict with your parents? How do you make up? Give us advice.

2) Основной этап

1.Установка на слушание диалога. Класс слушает диалог в звукозаписи. (2min)

T: Listen to the dialogue in order to revise it and be ready to act it out.

2. Учащиеся воспроизводят диалог-образец наизусть (8 min)

- Hi, Mary, I haven't heard from you for ages! Have you tried another business?

- Yes, I have .I have been a car designer and I love it.

- Really? Have you got any awards for it?

- Yes, I have got an International Designer Diploma.

- Great! What about your life? How many children have you got?

- I have got 2 sons and a daughter.

- It must be not easy. Have you ever had serious conflicts with your husband?

- No, we haven’t. We get on very well.

- How do you spend your free time?

- We go to the cinema with my children, husband, his brother and niece and 2 nephews!

- That must be funny! Oh, someone is calling… I’ll call you later, bye!

3.Учитель производит деление учащихся на группы по 3 человека (один учащийся – телеведущий, другой – актер/певица, третий – журналист, заполняющий специальный бланк по ходу интервью о знаменитости) и раздает Role-playing cards, иллюстрирующие новую ситуацию общения.

T: We are going to organize a TV talk-show with famous TV stars. Split into the groups of 3 people: each of you is going to be whether a star, a leader of the TV-show or a journalist making report. You will get the cards with the description of your roles.

4.Учащиеся производят возможные замены в диалоге-образце по ситуации.

5.Учащиеся самостоятельно составляют диалог по аналогии. (4 min)

Пример диалога об актере Simon Baker:

- Hello, Simon. You are a famous actor. Have you tried another business?

- No, I haven’t. I love my job!

- Really? Have you got any awards for it?

- Yes, I have got a reward for the best film.

- Great! What about your life? How long have you known your wife?

- We have been together for 23 years already.

- That’s wonderful! How many children have you got?

- We have got 2 sons and a daughter.

- It must be not easy. Have you ever had serious conflicts with your wife?

- No, we haven’t. We get on very well and try to understand each other.

- Have your got a big or a small family?

- I have got a big family: my wife, parents, grandparents, sons and a daughter, 2 aunts, 1 uncle, 3 nephews!

- How amazing! How do you spend your free time together?

- We usually have special parties together, that’s very funny.

- Thank you, Simon Baker, wish you good luck!

6. Учитель вызывает группы проиграть диалог (5х4 min).

T (instructions):

The TV talk-show leader: ask questions from the list to the star. Don’t forget to react to the answers.

The star: answer the TV talk-show leader’s questions, using the given information.

The journalist: take notes in your blank (you may mark + or -), and make your report to the audience about the star.

The audience: listens to the journalist attentively and checks the information carefully to decide whether it is true or not to be printed in newspapers.

3) Заключительный этап (3 min)

Подведение итогов: Thank you a lot! I’ve really enjoyed your work today. Did you like your interviews (which interviews did you like more?)? Why? What was the most difficult for you?

Устное оценивание учащихся + выставление отметок: All of you have worked very well. Each of you will have marks for your telling the dialogues by heart and for your own dialogues.P1, you get … because (for your)… .

Домашнее задание: Your home task is to choose any famous person you want. Prepare the description of this person in writing (key words), you can use the table I gave you adding your own points. Please keep it a secret whom you have chosen. Do not forget to use new words and Present Perfect Tense.

Instruction: you are a journalist vising the talk-show. You need to put down brief information about the star (write in the right graph, use + or – and short additional facts if they are present). After the TV talk-show you will summarize the information you have put down to the audience who will check it.
